SketchHaus AI provides AI-powered architectural and interior design visualization tools. You may use our platform to generate design renders for personal or professional exploration purposes.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that violates third-party rights, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary AI models or software.

2. ADVISORY ONLY

All renders and visualizations generated by SketchHaus AI are for design exploration and ideation purposes only. They do not constitute architectural plans, engineering drawings, or construction documents. Always consult a licensed architect or engineer before proceeding with any construction or renovation work. SketchHaus AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated visualizations.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

SketchHaus AI offers subscription plans that provide access to unlimited renders and premium features. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of the original images you upload to our platform. The AI-generated renders produced using your inputs are granted to you for personal and commercial use.

SketchHaus AI retains all rights to its platform, AI models, software, branding, and underlying technology. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform itself without written permission.

5. PRIVACY

We collect and store data necessary to provide our services, including uploaded images and generated renders. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Images uploaded to the platform may be used to improve our AI models unless you opt out by contacting us.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated results will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SketchHaus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated content.
